Refund Policy
Fee once paid through the School Website, ERP Portal, Mobile Application,
Online Banking, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or any other authorized
payment gateway shall ordinarily not be refunded.
However, in the event of any duplicate payment,
excess payment, or any transaction made due to a
technical error, the parent/guardian may submit a written request
along with valid proof of payment to the School Administration for review.
Upon verification of the claim and approval by the School Management,
the eligible refund amount, if any, shall be processed through the
original mode of payment within a reasonable period as per banking procedures.
The decision of the School Management regarding refund approval
shall be final and binding.
